Clear rules that keep KIK-Konnect fair and trusted.
This policy applies to all users (customers, providers, and agents). It covers booking conduct, chat rules, KYC, payments, agent duties, and the consequences of violations.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and standards of behaviour for all users of KIK-Konnect, including Customers, Service Providers, and Area Agents.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in warnings, visibility reductions, suspension, or permanent banning of your account.
A single user account may hold both Customer and Service Provider roles simultaneously. You must keep both roles in good standing. A violation in one role may affect your entire account.
You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, manipulate ratings, or bypass identity verification.
Your active role context is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for ensuring you act within the correct role for each action (e.g. accepting a booking as a provider, not as a customer).
Customers must provide accurate service locations (house number, street, landmark, directions) and truthful service descriptions. False or misleading bookings waste provider time and resources.
Providers must only accept jobs they are qualified and available to perform. Cancelling repeatedly after acceptance, failing to show up, or arriving without performing the service is prohibited.
Providers must not quote artificially low prices to win a job and then demand more on-site, nor should they quote inflated prices to exploit urgent or emergency bookings.
KIK-Konnect uses an escrow system to protect both parties. Sharing phone numbers, social media handles, or other contact details through in-app chat to take transactions off-platform is prohibited.
Our system automatically monitors chat messages for contact-detail sharing. Flagged messages are recorded and may be reviewed. Repeated attempts to circumvent escrow will result in warnings and possible suspension.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive language in chat is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action.
Service Providers and Area Agents must complete KYC verification before their account can be activated. You submit your government-issued ID and selfie directly to Sumsub, our licensed third-party verification provider; we do not collect, view, or store these documents.
Submitting false, stolen, or altered KYC documents to Sumsub is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
A verified KYC status (GREEN from Sumsub) marks your identity as confirmed, but your account remains pending until a platform administrator or agent manually activates it.
You must use your real, current location for bookings and service areas. Spoofing GPS coordinates or providing false addresses to manipulate proximity matching is prohibited.
Providers must operate only within their assigned territory. Accepting jobs outside your service area without approval is not allowed.
Customer service locations are shared with providers only after a booking is created, solely for the purpose of completing the service.
You must not manipulate the wallet or escrow system, including chargeback fraud, false dispute claims to recover already-released funds, or colluding with another party to extract escrow funds without rendering service.
Providers must settle commission debts from cash jobs on schedule. Persistent non-payment of commission may result in suspension.
Withdrawal requests must be made with verified bank accounts in your own name. Using another person's bank account to receive payouts is prohibited.
Area Agents are assigned territories and are responsible for helping customers find providers, verifying provider KYC, and resolving disputes within their territory.
Agents must not assign themselves or related parties to bookings to gain commission unfairly. Recruiting fake or non-existent providers to earn recruitment bonuses is prohibited and will be reversed.
Agents must handle dispute resolution impartially. Colluding with either party to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited.
Depending on severity, violations may result in: a formal warning recorded on your account, reduction of your provider visibility score (lowering your ranking in customer searches), suspension of your account, or permanent banning.
Repeated cancellations by a provider increment a cancellation count and reduce visibility. Repeated violations escalate enforcement.
The platform reserves the right to withhold payouts, claw back commissions, or freeze wallets in cases of suspected fraud pending investigation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate ban and legal action: fraud or chargeback abuse, submitting fake KYC documents, creating fake provider or customer accounts, sexual harassment or physical assault during a service, theft or damage to customer property, and using the platform for any illegal goods or services.
If you experience or witness any prohibited activity, report it immediately to hello@kik-konnect.com. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
